Order Processing

Many of our products are made to order through our trusted fulfilment partner, Printful.

Because each item is produced especially for you, orders require a production period before they are dispatched.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

During busy periods, production and dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and the shipping service selected.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking information will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Pool Boyz cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during checkout.

Printful Fulfilment

To provide high-quality products while reducing waste, many Pool Boyz products are manufactured and fulfilled by **Printful** after an order is placed.

Production begins shortly after your purchase, after which your order is packaged and dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and fulfilment location.

Lost or Delayed Orders
