2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

A contract between you and Pool Boyz is formed once your order has been accepted and payment has been authorised.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing errors occur or fraud is suspected.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

Some products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted fulfilment partner, Printful. As these products are manufactured specifically for your order, production times may vary slightly from our standard dispatch times.

Minor differences in colour, placement or finish may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute a fault.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and any other payment methods made available during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before your order will be processed.

For international orders, your card provider may apply exchange rates or foreign transaction fees. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered to the delivery address you provided.

If your order is being delivered outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other local charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Cancellations

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of postage.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at HERE with your order number and photographs where applicable.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

8. Print-on-Demand Products

Certain products sold on our website are manufactured specifically for your order by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

As these items are produced on demand, they cannot normally be cancelled or changed once production has begun.

If a Printful-produced item arrives damaged, defective or contains a manufacturing error, we will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, text and branding, is owned by or licensed to Pool Boyz.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Boyz London Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

11. Privacy

We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you agree that we may process your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support.
